Create your guardian account
Sign up at the portal as a Parent/Guardian. Your account is active immediately.
Add your child
Invite an older student by email, or create a sub-profile directly for younger children (K–2) who don't have their own email address.
Assign workshops
Browse the catalog and assign workshops to your child — or let them choose and get notified automatically when they enroll.
Stay in the loop
Get email notifications when your child enrolls, completes modules, finishes a workshop, or submits a project.

Create Guardian AccountAccount approval
Students who sign up and list your email will appear in your approval queue. One tap to activate their account.
Workshop assignment
Browse the full catalog and assign any workshop directly to your child. Or let them enroll themselves — you'll be notified either way.
Out-of-grade approvals
If your child wants to try a workshop outside their grade band, they send a request and you approve or decline it.
Progress tracking
See exactly how many modules your child has completed, which workshops they're enrolled in, and when they submit projects.

Grade-safe AI
Every AI Studio session is routed through grade-appropriate safety guardrails. K–2 students get the most restrictive settings; 9–12 students get academic depth. No student bypasses these controls.
No personal data shared with AI
Our system automatically blocks personal information (names, addresses, phone numbers, passwords) from being sent to the AI model — for every student, at every grade.
COPPA compliant
Every student under 13 requires verifiable parental consent before accessing the portal. We record your approval with a timestamp, and you can revoke it at any time by contacting us.
For very young learners (K–2)
No email? No problem.
Young children don't need their own email address. You can create a sub-profile directly from your guardian portal — just enter their name and grade band. You manage their account, assign their workshops, and track their progress. They don't need to log in separately.

What parents ask us most.
Is it really free?
Yes. Every workshop, every AI Studio session, every feature of the portal is completely free. There is no premium tier, no upsell, and no credit card required.
What AI does my child interact with?
Students use Amazon Bedrock's Nova Lite model, filtered through grade-specific guardrails. The AI cannot discuss violence, adult content, hate speech, or request personal information.
Can I see what my child typed?
You receive notifications for enrollments, completions, and project submissions. For detailed session review, contact us — we log all AI interactions for safety purposes.
What if I want to remove my child's account?
Email us at info@aiworkshopcenter.org and we will delete all data associated with your child's account within 30 days.
